Patient profile and problem
Ms A., a 26-year-old patient, attended US Clinic in 2023 with active acne, numerous post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation marks and an uneven skin texture. She had been struggling with these skin problems for several years, which had affected her well-being and self-confidence.
Before starting treatment, the patient did not undergo professional treatments on a regular basis, and her home skincare routine was not properly tailored to her skin’s needs.

Diagnostics at US Clinic
During the initial consultation, a detailed cosmetic history was taken and a skin assessment was carried out using the Observ 520x device.
The study found that:
✔ active acne lesions,
✔ numerous post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation patches,
✔ a compromised hydrolipid barrier,
✔ uneven skin tone and texture.
Diagnostic imaging enabled the treatment to be planned in detail and progress to be monitored.
Treatment plan
In view of the condition of the skin, an individual treatment plan was drawn up, the aim of which was:
- reducing inflammation,
- restoration of the hydrolipid barrier,
- reduction of discolouration,
- improving the quality and structure of the skin,
- preventing the recurrence of acne.
Procedures carried out:
✔ 1 exclusive Pro XN treatment with soothing and restorative properties,
✔ 2 PCA Skin cleansing treatments with a personalised procedure,
✔ 1 treatment using Bioceris chemical peels.
A total of 4 treatments at the turn of 2023 and 2024.
At the same time, a personalised home skincare routine was introduced, based on the principle that effective skincare does not require a large number of products, but rather carefully selected ingredients.
The care plan included:
✔ Pro XN two-step skin cleansing and regular exfoliation using an enzyme peel,
✔ Cell Fusion C serum tailored to your skin’s needs,
✔ daily sun protection using Cell Fusion C SPF cream.

The effects of the treatment
After just a few months, a significant improvement in skin condition was observed:
✔ soothing active acne lesions,
✔ a significant reduction in post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation,
✔ evens out skin tone,
✔ improvement in the skin’s texture and quality,
✔ restoration of the hydrolipid barrier,
✔ reducing the development of new inflammatory lesions.
The most significant outcome of the treatment is that, thanks to a carefully tailored skincare regime and changes to her daily habits, the patient has maintained the results to this day and has been enjoying clear, healthy skin for years.
Effect confirmed by diagnostic tests
A comparison of photographs taken with the Observ 520x device shows a marked reduction in the amount of accumulated pigment and an improvement in the overall condition of the skin.
The ‘before and after’ photos further confirm the reduction in acne lesions and the improvement in skin texture.
A beautician’s comment
“A holistic approach is key to treating acne-prone skin. The treatment alone is not enough unless we restore the hydrolipid barrier and implement an appropriate home skincare routine. In this case, combining salon treatments with a simple but well-chosen skincare routine has enabled us to achieve lasting results.”
A patient’s review
“Over the years, I’ve tried all sorts of skincare products, but nothing gave lasting results. Now my skin is clear, the discolouration has practically disappeared, and I finally feel comfortable without make-up.”
